Commitment to giving employees a voice in measuring and improving the experience of corporate purpose
In the Measure to Improve Movement:​

- We understand purpose as the raison d'être of business, focused on meeting human needs.
- We believe in the transformative power of an authentic and coherent experience of purpose as a fundamental driver of business improvement and positive social impact.
To measure and improve the experience of purpose, we give employees a voice. Together with the voices of other relevant stakeholders such as customers, shareholders and public institutions, we believe that employees are the main contributors to the company's purpose and are in a privileged position to assess its experience and fulfilment.
Recognising that what is not measured is difficult to manage, we urge companies to measure the experience of purpose with the same rigour with which they measure the economic variables of the business. To ensure that this measurement is robust and rigorous, we involve employees in the measurement, in the communication of the results and in the design of improvement initiatives. We believe that giving employees a voice in the measurement and improvement of purpose is an act of consistency and authenticity, reflecting a genuine commitment to purpose that continually strengthens the company's impact on society.
